The download links found in your invoice email will only last for a certain time before they expire.
Once expired you will not be able to use these links to download the plugin/s again.
Instead, you can access the latest version of your plugins at any time by logging into your account.
Login to your account by clicking the Login link in the top menu of our site.
Once logged in you will see a section called Downloads which contains all the products you have access to along with your license information.
These links will always point towards the latest version of the product.
Need an earlier version instead?
The Downloads section always gives you the latest release. If you need a specific earlier version of Store Exporter Deluxe, contact our support team and tell us the exact version number you need, and we will send you that version.
Using the free Store Exporter plugin? You can grab an earlier release yourself from WordPress.org. Open the Store Exporter plugin page, click Advanced View at the bottom, and choose the version you want under Previous Versions. The free WP Rollback plugin can also roll Store Exporter back from your Plugins screen.
Once you have the file, back up your site, then install it from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Upload the ZIP and choose Replace current with uploaded. To stop the plugin updating back to the newest release, click Disable auto-updates next to it on your Plugins screen.
