    I have just installed Store Exporter and am considering the deluxe version but I can’t set it to start. I am logged in as an Administrator.

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    What is the cure so I can move forward?

    Hi kennyhopkins, Store Exporter uses each platforms ‘Store Manager’ capabilities, for WooCommerce this is ‘mamage_woocommer’ for example. Check that your User account has that capability assigned to it (an Administrator should have this by default), otherwise check that you installed the correct Store Exporter flavour for your e-Commerce platform; we’re adding a notice to detect when Store Exporter for WP e-Commerce is installed on a Jigoshop install for instance.
