    Using the export subscriptions function, I’m having an issue where customers who have cancelled and then reactivated are exporting with the subscription status ‘cancelled’. I did log a support request but haven’t heard anything, so not sure if it came through. Could you take a look please?

    Hi paul.baumgartner, looking at our integration of WooCommerce Subscriptions we request the Subscription Status directly from their Plugin – WC_Subscriptions_Manager::get_all_users_subscriptions() – so if they’re marking the Subscription Status as ‘cancelled’ all we’re doing is prettying it up from ‘cancelled’ to ‘Cancelled’. I’ll run some sample subscriptions here and compare them to the Manage Subscriptions screen to see if the WooCommerce Subscriptions Plugin adds some additional notes or triggers for when a Subscription is cancelled and then re-activated but would expect the Subscription Status to change to active once the Subscription was re-activated.
