    Great plugin, the Export Templates addition is primo, exactly what we wanted.

    We recently upgraded to WooCommerce 2.6, and as you know with WC 2.6 the shipping setup has changed dramatically. The individual shipping methods have now changed to be within Shipping Zones (which is an excellent upgrade).

    The reason this plugin stood out to us is because we have a need to email orders for Retail customers to one location, and wholesale orders to a different location. Up to now we’ve only been able to identify them via Shipping Method (we’ve marked wholesale shipping with a “Wholesale Shipping” method inside WooCommerce.

    THe problem is now that WooCommerce have updated their shipping zones – the Store Exporter is “stuck in the past” in that it only lets you filter by the legacy shipping methods – Flat Rate, Free Shipping, etc.

    Because those shipping methods are now redundant – we’re stuck.

    We can’t use the other filters to separate wholesale vs retail customers because they have the same products, same country, same payment methods.

    What can we do? Can the plugin be upgraded to look at the new shipping methods? Or can the plugin be upgraded to include the Customer Role filter inside the Scheduled Export filters? Either would work for us.

    Hi Mark, rest assured we’re just playing catch-up with the major changes in WC 2.6. We’ll be adding Shipping Zone filtering and export support as soon as possible.

    I’m integrating Export Template support into other areas of our Plugin as a priority (e.g. CRON export engine, Order screen actions, Quick Export screen) and once this is done will switch to adding Shipping Zones support and announce this on our Blog.

    The 2.1.4 Plugin update is due within the fortnight so fingers crossed I can get Shipping Zone support into 2.1.4 otherwise it will make it the next minor Plugin update.

    In any case please open a Support ticket with us via Premium Support so we can discuss adding a Customer Role filter and/or changes needed to add Shipping Zone support to Scheduled Exports 🙂
