When attempting to use your plugin to export orders for a limited date range (Feb 19 – today) I get the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 79 bytes) in /**hidden**/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1565

I have never been able to run an export since I purchased your product. I am running on a managed vps via http://www.a2hosting.com with 4 gigs of RAM, so I would assume it is sufficient for the task. Is there something in particular I need to do? is this product still supported?

    Thanks for your help.

Hi talanithus, apologies for the delay in responding to your topic here. You have a limit of 256M which should be more than enough for pulling Orders, if you can contact me directly at michael@visser.com.au I can work with you to reproduce and resolve this memory issue by adjusting the WP_Query calls that we do as part of exporting Orders.
