    Hi taprootit, I’ve found no issue with the Plugin itself, nor Product Importer Deluxe or WP e-Commerce which is weird. I did fix it by opening Store > Settings > Admin and hitting Refresh Page URL’s which may mean it’s simply a caching issue, hit Fix Product Group Permalinks just to make sure 🙂

    I am unable to upload products at this time using the 2.7 release into wp-ec 3.7.8.

    I use the same csv file to create the category and products. I get an error wile doing the product import saying:

    Could not find a Category by that name.

    I have verifies that the category exists and the sample data when matching fields is complete and correct.
    So this seems like it is still broke, or re-broke. I need to have this working as my site is completely down.

    Hi taprootit, I assume you’re using WP e-Commerce 3.8 that is as yet unsupported by Product Importer Deluxe, that said you can import Categories and Products and then hit Store Upgrade to bring imported 3.7 Categories and Products over to your WP e-Commerce store.

    Hi garycauble, I have responded directly to you via e-mail, I am concerned that HTML within the Additional Description column is breaking the import process. I note that the Category import worked fine and only failed during Product import, look forward to working with you to resolve this.

    Hi graphicagenda, the sample CSV on the Plugin detail page is more than suffice, within the Plugin just select Product Categories Importer, upload the CSV and assign the Categories column before hitting Import 🙂
