    Hello. I just installed this plugin and when I try to export orders, nothing happens. When I click on the “Export Orders” button after selecting the fields I want in my export, the submit is sent and the website thinks for a couple of seconds and then reloads the same page but I don’t receive the export.

    I tried exporting users and that works ok, but not on orders.

    I tried selecting just one field (purchase id) to see if that would help, and reducing the amount of orders (0 to 10), but the result is the same. Is there any way to debug what is happening?

    I am using Store Exporter Deluxe for Jigoshop, with WordPress 4.0 on top of Nginx server with PHP 5.5.15.

    Hi pedrogk, thanks for raising this with us, that’s not a normal outcome as if there’s a memory issue the screen typically goes blank or returns a 500 Internal Server Error. Open up a Premium Support ticket or e-mail me at michael@visser.com.au and we’ll work this out together 🙂

    We do have a debug constant at the Plugin header in exporter-deluxe.php called JIGO_CD_DEBUG, making that true will output the CSV contents to the screen as well as dump the $export global and any transients we use during export to a debug screen.
