    Hi

    please could someone look at case (#684)

    I am getting the same error message as a previous poster on this forum

    Receiving this message when exporting orders (exporting products is fine)

    Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /home/ghaphoto/public_html/shop/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-store-exporter-deluxe/includes/functions.php on line 535

    WP 3.6.1
    WooCommerce Version 2.0.14

    Really need to export latest orders!

    Beautiful … I thought I had found a solution with a customer support … Since when are you waiting for an answer or a solution?

    Hi – 23rd September. Was working fine and then….this error. I’ve emailed the founder of this site as well…no luck

    Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you – this has been as issue affecting many users so I wanted to make sure that we had everything sorted out before getting back to you.

    We’ve been working to get the issue sorted as a priority. In the next few days we’ll be releasing an update which fixes the problem – we’re just in our final stages of testing it all out now.

    5 days on and still no response to support tickets or emails

    Hi gha128, apologies for not getting to your message prior to the weekend, our focus today has been getting a fix out for the Orders export issue which we’ve resolved in the 1.3.5 Plugin update. Your issue is different and will require us adding legacy support for WooCommerce 1.6 which we’re happy to do, the structure of the WooCommerce Plugin changes at an incredible pace so we’ve been keeping up with the latest release and in some cases haven’t deprecated for older releases of WooCommerce.

    I had tried to locate your tickets but could not find any under your provided e-mail address, I will use the ticket number you provided above to respond to your tickets now.
