    Hey, just having a few issues importing a csv file…

    I’ve tried using the sample csv file given in the product info, and it correctly recognised the columns and rows, but when I try to upload a different csv file (or edit that sample file and re-import) the plugin can’t work out the difference between rows and columns, and instead lists every piece of info from the csv in the ‘first row’ column (see here).

    I suspect it’s an issue with how the csv file is being edited / created (Excel for Mac), but would like to know if anyone else has had a similar issue?

    When you are preparing your CSV file ensure you select ‘Windows CSV (Comma separated)” from the Save As prompt, failure to do this will corrupt your CSV file during the import process.
