    Hey Visser team!

Thank you so much for this amazing product, it will save me so much time.
There are however a few bugs I’ve found which actually makes the product unusable for my requirements.
I import a CSV containing a product that has Virtual, Downloadable and Sold Individually set to Yes.
    The import log then says:

    >>>>>> Skipping Virtual
    >>>>>> Skipping Downloadable
    >>>>>> Setting Sold Individually: Yes
    >>>>>> Setting File Download: [text removed]

When I then look at the actual product in WooCommerce: Virtual, Downloadable and Sold Individually have no ticks in their boxes. When I tick Virtual and Downloadable the File URL box becomes visible and I can see a URL however it has been changed from an Absolute Path to a relative path meaning the link would no longer work.

I then use your Export Manager to view my product and the Product has Virtual and Downloadable set to No whilst Sold Individually is set to Yes.
The File Download link also contains the link to a relative path instead of the absolute path that was in the original CSV I imported.

Let me know if you want a copy of my full log and CSV files.

    Thank you,

    I did some further investigating.
Ignore what I said about relative file url.
What happens is in the Downloadable Files section:
The File Name becomes the File Download Link
and the File URL becomes the name of the file.
    This should be swapped around.
I had a look at the Sample CSV and I can’t see a format for File Download column e.g.
[File Name, File URL] | [File Name, File URL] etc

    Thank you.

I had a further look in the documentation and it looks like Virtual and Downloadable aren’t currently possible.
The problem with Sold Individually and File Download still exists however.

Hi weshoothorses, thanks for bringing this to our attention, Virtual and Downloadable support were only added in the latest Plugin update so the Usage document is a little behind. I’ll reproduce your issue and ensure it’s patched in the next Plugin update 🙂

    Hi Michael,
Thank you greatly for the response.
It’s great to know a developer is still active in the support for the products they’ve created.
