    Hi,
im new to this super Plugin! and I just want to try it.
    I have the Pro Version.
For the beginning I have 2 questions, maybe I get a litle help. I did not found a answer in the texts.

    1.
If I receive the orders via email as a csv.txt file I was missing the German Umlauts in the text. There are some chinese looking signs but not the Umlauts. What can I do?

    2.
Is it possible to send the orders as csv as they was made/placed in the shop (just in time) and not on a pre defined time? It is because this Shop has got sometimes 2 or 3 Day no order. And only the new orders , not all orders.

    Kind regards

    Horst

Topic 1. with the German Umlauts is now working,
was a editor problem, not a plugin problem.

Hi horst4009, thanks for asking, so you would expect to receive an e-mail for every new Order (would it be just Orders with Order Status: Complete or all Order Status (e.g. Pending, Failed, etc.). I could hook our importer into the Order Receipt system so that when a new Order is received we generate a new export with that Order’s details and have it e-mailed, etc.

    Hi Michael,

yes, i need one email for each order in csv format with the whole order details. That was the best for this shop. Is that possible?

Hi horst4009, I’m spinning up this feature for the next Plugin update, it will be toggled via the Settings screen with an option to control what File Format and Order Item Formatting option you want to use 🙂
