    Hi!

    I’m using your deluxe version of the plugin to set up a weekly schedule that happens on Monday mornings at 2am and exports all products from a certain category as a CSV and then emails them to me and one of our clients. I set it up to start from 8/22 (a Monday) on. That Monday morning I received the email with the export just like it should have, but I haven’t received one this week (should have this last Monday morning the 29th).

    When I log in and check the scheduler, it’s set up the way it should be (as far as I can tell), but the “Next Run” status says “Scheduled to run in 3 days” (which would be Saturday, Sept. 3 I guess).

    Any idea what’s going on? Is there a problem, or is it just running the way it should?

    Hi Evan, just sweeping the Community Forums. The WP-CRON engine controls the scheduling of exports so once we’ve passed the Scheduled Export schedule to WP-CRON it takes over from there.

    Please open a Support ticket with us so we can look at this together.
