I am trying to test the plugin but no matter what I do I don’t seem to get the email to the shop owner with the credit card details. (or link or whatever).
The emails received have a subject “Purchase Report” and start off with “Purchase # x
Customer Details” then a list of the address, phone number, etc. I obviously need this info but where is the cc stuff?
I have set up the Test Gateway so that I can have EFT instructions – it seems those emails override the OCCP emails. In any case, although there is a setting for Direct Deposit, that seems to make no difference to what is available in the checkout page.
    What am I doing wrong?

Hi jillc, can you please get in touch. I’ve been unable to reproduce this issue locally. OCCP generates a separate e-mail following the Purchase Receipt when a customer completes Checkout with the OCCP payment option.

I am testing this on my xamp installation. Would that make a difference? Also I thought there was cc validation. It seems to only check if there are numbers or not?

Ok, I’ve now tested on the online site. I found that when I changed the number of views from 1 to 4 the second email with the cc details came through and this sale is now listed in Store Sales page which I hadn’t found before.
Still a problem though – under customer details in the email – the email address field is blank and so is the Credit Card Type field. Is this right?
