First of all..
Exporting customers this way downloads the PRODUCTS CSV file, and NOT the customers:
Now, exporting the options the below way exports the customers, but it’s only showing that I have 1 customer when I have over 50 registered customers. Then when I download and open the file, there’s no information in it at all:
I’m using Woocommerce Version 2.0.3
All of my customers are under the customer role. Help?!
Thanks!April 17, 2013 at 9:11 pm #28561
Correction: I currently have 1,131 registered customers in my woocommerce store.April 23, 2013 at 7:38 am #28615aedesignParticipant
Please let me know how this turns out. I’m having the same issue.April 24, 2013 at 10:26 pm #28624
I’ve sent emails as well but haven’t received any support on this yet.
My client keeps emailing me wanting to know when I’m going to have this feature working properly. So I’m stuck in the middle. aedesign, I’ll let you know if I get somewhere with it. You do the same!April 25, 2013 at 10:22 pm #28645
Hi bbjack, please update to the 1.2.2 Plugin update for Store Exporter Deluxe and 1.0.9 Plugin update for Store Exporter. The above issues have been resolved in this update.April 25, 2013 at 10:30 pm #28646
I downloaded the latest for the deluxe (1.2.2) and updated. I already had the latest for the for the regular store exporter (1.0.9)
Now it’s showing that I have 0 orders, 0 coupons and 0 customers so those 3 options are now grayed out..April 30, 2013 at 1:11 am #28685rishelParticipant
I cant believe the delays in responses for support on this, as this is how people earn a living, and can reflect very badly on peoples companies. This is much more serious then your average social fun plugin.
Your playing with peoples money.April 30, 2013 at 5:10 pm #28695
Yes. At this point, I am worse off than if I had not purchased this at all. I paid for a product that doesn’t work, I’m now down 20 bucks and my client is trying to be as patient as he can. It has been 2 weeks since I purchased this and posted my problem.
This site doesn’t look busy at all. So my best guess is that they don’t actually know why it’s not working. If that’s the case, I will need a refund. It sucks because my client really needs this.May 1, 2013 at 5:52 am #28710
Hi bbjack, please raise a support issue via the Support page so we can reproduce this with you. Customers in our exporter are defined as unique e-mail addresses so the number of Customers included in the export will very likely be above the number of Users assigned to the Customers User Role if you do not force member sign-in at Checkout.
Hi rishel, the majority of support is managed by e-mail, this includes the support issue we are currently working on with you via e-mail. We do this there so we can request detailed information as well as store access as required which cannot be done via the support forums.May 2, 2013 at 12:13 am #28715
Hi bbjack, I have identified the source of the 0 count issue with rishel’s assistance and am distributing this update now to affected stores. I will respond to your support enquiry now with an early release of this Plugin update for WooCommerce.May 2, 2013 at 2:13 am #28716
