    Add support for handling fee functionality to Checkout?

    My ideal solution would for it to be a plugin so that it won’t loose functionality each time the cart upgrades, and I would like for it to show as it’s own line item on the receipt/invoice, with the handling fee set on in the Settings > Store > Admin panel.

    I didn’t clarify and I should have, that it also should be able to be used with the weight based shipping system. Thanks Michael!
