Hi I have commission king 1.2.4 and woocommerce 2.0.4 and haven’t been able to get it to work. Hi
Here is the steps ive taken:
– Ive created a user who is selling products on my site
– In the product I have added the user to receive a percentage of the sale
– The Product with the commission is sold
– I click on commissions and it says no result found…What am I missing here?Hi James, thanks for your question.
When the product is sold, is it being paid for with the direct debit or cheque (or somehting like this) payment gateways? Or maybe a test gateway?
Certain gateways that can’t confirm that the money has been recieved change the order status to ‘On-Hold’. At this point, the order isn’t yet confirmed, so there are no commissions assigned. Once you go into your orders and ‘tick’ the order to change it’s status to Completed, that’s when the commission will be generated.
I love working with your plugin. A nice suggestion would be multisite support. I’m also curious about what’s in the planning!
