I have just installed the plug in on our test site. I can now check out and receive an email with the link to process the sale. I click that link and can view the purchase log. Towards the bottom of the page is the link “View Credit Card details”. I click on this, but I just get the same page opening in a new tab with no credit card details showing.
I have tried this in IE 8.0.7600.16385 and Chrome 18.0.1025.162.
Wordpress version 3.3.1
WP e-Commerce Version 18.104.22.168.2
Offline Credit Card Processing version 1.7.5
What am I doing wrong?April 25, 2012 at 9:07 am #9356
Hi arees, can you please update to 3.8.8 and confirm if this is still happening. What should be happening is when you click ‘View CC details’ it opens a new tab with the card details, at the least you should be seeing an error message not a blank page. 😐
If you can e-mail me login information I can assist you further otherwise try updating to WPEC 3.8.8 first and retry. 🙂April 25, 2012 at 2:55 pm #9359AnonymousInactive
I have updated to WPEC 3.8.8 and the behavior has changed. Now I no longer get to the process the sale page. Instead I get this error message:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
I get this in spite of being logged in as an admin. I am still able to place new orders and still receive the email notifying me of the new order.
I have added you as an admin on the site and added you to the email notifications of new sales.
Thanks for your assistance in making this work.April 26, 2012 at 4:18 pm #9372
Thanks for organising that, I can confirm I’ve received details and am looking into this now. Will update you shortly.April 26, 2012 at 4:51 pm #9374
Please update to the 1.7.6 Plugin update that fixes the Sales detail link – which changed in the WP e-Commerce 3.8.8 update – appearing in the e-mail that OCCP generates.April 27, 2012 at 2:31 am #9376AnonymousInactive
I have updated to 1.7.6 and that fixes all the problems I know of now. I no longer get the insufficient permissions message and I can now open the credit card details page.
Thanks for the quick help.April 27, 2012 at 2:36 am #9377AnonymousInactive
Oops, one more issue. I was just dropping you off the email notification list for purchases when I noticed this warning next to each of the Accepted Methods checkboxes in the Settings page:
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home/safety/www/new/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce-offline-credit-card/templates/admin/settings.php on line 80
Any thoughts on this?April 27, 2012 at 2:43 am #9378AnonymousInactive
Ok, I checked a couple of the boxes and saved the settings and the warnings went away. It is not longer a problem for me.April 29, 2012 at 1:49 am #9409AnonymousInactive
I am getting the above issue where the email link tells me I do not have permissions.
I have the latest update of the plugin and WPEC.

Hi arees, this sounds like a WP e-Commerce 3.8.8 Plugin issue, the same error occurs when opening the Manage Sales page on a new store, I’m sure it will be resolved shortly.May 1, 2012 at 8:19 am #9488
Hi huwrowlands, can you please e-mail me with the Sales detail link included in your Purchase Details e-mail. I do not need login details, just the structure of that link.May 1, 2012 at 5:10 pm #9505AnonymousInactive
Emailed. Thanks.May 3, 2012 at 1:24 pm #9543
