    Occasionally over the last several weeks I will receive a timeout while trying to export orders. Usually, if I try later or if change filters it will eventually run.
    Today I’ve tried several times with and without filters and various date ranges. Each time, I get the same error (below). There are only 766 orders in Processing status – that is what we are trying to export. The date range is for 2017. Our orders are for an event in May where all items will be picked up in person, so no shipping is involved and no orders are completed until the event in May.

    Do you know if there is a setting somewhere that I can change or what else I could do about this? Very frustrating and we really need for this to work again so we can fulfill the orders we have.

    Connection Timed Out
    Description: Connection Timed Out

    Once again, I waited over 6 hours (until 3:00pm Eastern Time in the U.S.), tried it with the same options again, and this time it worked and I have the results in a spreadsheet.
    I can live with this if I need to, but if you can think of anything I can do to avoid the error, or change a setting that might help, that would be much preferred as it is inconvenient for me to wait several hours to get the export file.

    Hi David, thanks for asking, I’ll need to point this one to Premium Support (https://www.visser.com.au/premium-support/) as it sounds like one of our filter queries might be slowing down our export process and I’ll need to chase this one down with you. We hook into a bunch of WooCommerce Plugins now and if we’re relying on that Plugin to give us a response, even if it’s not obviously linked to your export, sometimes it can take awhile.

    It should take ~45-180 seconds to export 1000 Orders depending on the Order Items Formatting rule and number of Order Items each Order has. Happy to track this one down with you, ping me on Support 🙂
