    Plugin seems to work OK, except that the prices for Tax and Shipping read as 0.00, even though the the prices are being correctly added to the total.

    I really need to get this fixed as a matter of urgency! Can anybody help please?

    Where’s the support here? Other people are having the same problem, leaving comments, and the last one seems to have been answered back in May! Is no-one monitoring this section? I didn’t pay $60 just to be ignored!
