I tried to add a php.ini maybe I added in the wrong place, what directory do I need to add my custom php.ini?

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
    71 bytes) in /home/paulllc/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1551

Can I run a cronjob instead? can you lead me the way to configure a cronjob for orders?

I tried place my custom php.ini in several locations, with adjusted memory and script (timeout) I have no problem to use the default wordpress export XML feature and it works even the file is is around 100MB, using your export features I still get this error.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
    71 bytes) in /home/paulllc/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1551

I know this can be solved by allow more memory etc, but it don’t seem to matter where I place my php.ini file for this to be resolved, what directory should i place this in? or could you please give me the cronjob for epxort orders and I will do it that way.

i search your support forums and I see that I’m not the only one with this problem, can you guys please provide the location where we would drop the php.ini for the larger files to be able to be exported. or give us the cronjob directions for export orders

Hi globalmedia, please see our Documentation for large data exports as your exports are exhausting all allocated memory within WordPress resulting in a 500 Internal Server Error (blank page). You can see the amount of memory being used by our Plugin by making a smaller export and opening Media > CSV file > Export Details within the WP Admin. I’ll be explaining CRON job support in the coming days.
