    I tried to run the importer and all I see is a message saying ‘Preparing Data’. It just hangs and never completes.

    I’m also a little worried that it has destroyed by WordPress installation because now none of my site is viewable, no pages, no posts, no products.

    Please advise ASAP. I feel like I just paid a hundred dollars to kill my site.

    Ok, it seems this version of your plugin is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. It killed my DB and I had to get server admin to restore a backup from yesterday to get it operational again.

    Can you please either provide an updated version of the plugin or a refund. I’d prefer to get it working.

    Hi 12CDtu67iaw0, just updating this topic for posterity.

    We refunded this purchase due to incompatibility with the customer’s hosting environment. Our Plugin is compatible with WordPress and from the above we assume our importer when dealing with a large CSV file consumed all allocated memory which locked the customer out of their WordPress installation, we’ll be looking at reducing the memory load our Plugin in future Plugin updates, in the meantime beef up your memory limit by contacting your hosting provider or split your CSV file into smaller chunks prior to importing.
