Hey. Starting a new thread since my problem remains.
I updated the plugin today, and tried exporting all products (the products are in bulgarian)
After exporting the products they all come out as “Пълен комплект (10 части) задно окачване” as before.

Character encoding is set to default (UTF-8)
    Wordpress v3.8
Using latest version of WooCommerce with Mystyle theme.

Would like to get the pro version if I find a way to get it to work.
Thanks for your time and your great work!

Hi orlinorlin, can you try opening the file in Open Office or via Import Data within Excel. We’re looking closely at this. It would be a great help if you can open a Premium Support ticket and attach the CSV so we can check the file formatting out.

    Hi.

Here’s the .csv file I get when exporting the products. http://ge.tt/8bxz5iC1/v/0

I tried using Open Office, it worked in a way that it’s in cyrillic this time, but the text is all over the place and it’s definitely not usable. Take a look: http://ge.tt/9hb07iC1/v/0
Same thing with Excel, I tried using the “Import Data” option but again, no luck. That’s the best I got from 30min of trying different importing options. http://ge.tt/730C7iC1/v/0. It just puts random words in random columns. 🙁

Maybe I’m not doing the importing right?

Hi orlinorlin, can you update to the latest release any try again, I’ve been able to open CSV files within Excel via Data tab > Import from file > File encoding: Unicode. I’ll keep an eye on this topic as we’re keen to fix this.
