Hello. I am very pleased about the product, it fits all of my needs except one… I have been trying all evening to export the SKU code for every variation. The products in my shop have a parent without an SKU code, but every variation with different color and size has it’s own SKU code. In this moment, during the export it shows the sizes as: 1 | 2 | 3 etc. i want it to display the SKU’s the same. I tried searching for a particular meta key specific to this SKU without success. from what i have seen it uses the same _sku key. so how can this be done? here is a demo of an XML export archive: http://laurabaldini.ro/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/export_product1.xml

    thanks

Hi Marius, thanks for raising this, I’ll need to look into this further as we do SKU detection for both Parent and individual Variants. To clarify you’re using WooCommerce and the 2.0.4 Plugin update? Does this happen for all export formats or just XML? Thanks again Marius, I’ll get this resolved promptly and send you an early release 🙂

Hello. Thanks for your fast amswer. Yes you are right, i use woocommerce and the latest version of the plugin from your website, since i bought it yesterday. It does the same no matter what export format i choose. Again, your product is really good especially for this price, congrats for that! After having a look in the database, under the wp_posts if i am right i was able to find the variations, and they seem to have the sku saved under the same meta key _sku as the parent should have. So my guess is that a query should be made in the plugin in such a way to fetch all the skus according to the product it. I will be wairing for your amswer. Thanks

Hi Marius, apologies for the lag in responding (it’s busy on Support tickets this fortnight). I’d like to work with you via Support to resolve this so I can reproduce this with you. I can look at this immediately with you.
