    Hi Support,
I’m experiencing an insufficient memory available whilst trying to run the product importer deluxe from the cron mode. I’ve clearly have more than required as i have my php memory limit set to 128MB. Reason trying to use cron is because it take about an hr to import 800 products and i have over 35K products to imports that could take a long time. Please provide a way to resolve this issue. Thanks.

    error msg:
    Preparing data…
Sufficient memory is available… 44 Mb / 128 Mb import file column validation failed
    Import cancelled

Hi penkye, I’ll be responding to your Premium Support ticket tomorrow morning now that 1.9 of SED has gone out, re: your import, this is not a memory issue but a required column has not been provided, see: import file column validation failed

I’ll drop that to a new line and see if I can include additional information to explain what column is missing. Our CRON engine matches up import columns from the CSV using the same feature that we do for auto-matching columns on the options screen, so if you’re needing to select the columns for SKU, Name or Product ID (when merging) then it’s very likely why the CRON import is failing. I’ll follow this up with you tomorrow when I’m in the office.

    Hi Michael,
Thanks for the reply. if i’m getting you right you mean that my column heading must match the default heading provided as that what the cron uses and there any different column of mine will not fair well. I will definitely be waiting for a reply or a file that will work. For the mean time i will test out a file by naming the heading just as i go from the product export or example of csv file and see how that goes. Will be waiting for your response.
