Hello Visser peeps,
I just went through the readme doc and implemented all of the code, plugins, changes, etc. I changed the $shop_markup var to .9 for regular folk and .5 for wholesalers, just as a test to be sure everything is working… It’s not. The only thing I can think of is that I use variations for my pricing structure. The site is for a coffee shop, so we base prices off of size of bag purchased. the dev site is at http://fbg-coffee.jacobdubail.com/
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Looks like it has something to do with price variations.
Does this mean that t-shirt companies can’t use this plugin because they offer different t-shirt sizes?October 16, 2010 at 12:49 pm #6728
Hi jacobdubail, let me look into this further and confirm, it’s possible variations use a different or dynamic pricing solution that Wholesale Pricing as yet does not support.October 19, 2010 at 12:42 am #6729
Thanks for looking into this.
It seems kind of silly that it wouldn’t work, as I assume variations are a common practice.
I appreciate anything you can do for me here. I know my client will, as well.

Any update on this one?

It looks like I have the same issue as Jacob. I’m using variations as well (women’s and men’s size watches) and the price on the wholesale product pages do not reflect the discounted price for each product. It does however reflect in the check out page once the total order is computed. Unfortunately, we’re going to get continual requests from our client and their wholesalers that this is deceiving or confusing so it’s going to have to be fixed.
Any thoughts on this?December 12, 2010 at 9:17 am #6732itsadesignthingParticipant
Has a solution for this error been discovered yet?December 14, 2010 at 11:20 am #6733phelanParticipant
Nope and a week ago I asked Live Support about it too but haven’t heard back.January 13, 2011 at 12:25 am #6734acoengParticipant
Hmm, just bought the plugin and expect this issue already resolved.
Just wondering if the plugin producer give a support to us (their Customers)… tried to contact them via live chat when the status online and only got a thank you page.January 13, 2011 at 12:47 am #6735
Hi acoeng, I’m prepping a Plugin update for this. It’s taken some time to find a workaround for supporting WP e-Commerce. As soon as I’m happy with the stability of the solution it will be made available for download. 🙂January 17, 2011 at 1:26 am #6736kristofferromParticipant
Any time-line on this update?
I’m running a record label (cd, download, vinyl etc. – variations). It’s therefore imperative that I can use this plug-in with variations…
Glad I checked this post – the plug-in was in the basket and I was about to check out….

Hi acoeng, please download the Wholesale Pricing Plugin from Premium Plugin Updates, I’m now working on variation support for WP e-Commerce 3.7 as well as per-product pricing controls over default per-User Role pricing.
