    Hi,

    Having testing a bit more it appears that first level category works fine for importing the images but if i had a second level then it fails

    i.e

    Events = works
    Events>Winter = Fail

    the above method i used from the old csv sample sheet so not sure if this changed in the recent version upgrade? have you managed to reupload the new csv sample sheet?

    Hi,

    i have assigned an image name in the csv and then uploading the image via an ftp client due to the number of products we would like to add this will be the best method to manage the uploads

    Worked out the issue, apache took ownership and changed the permissions so a quick change on the server and all seems to work now 🙂

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for the information,

    Have you or anyone come across directory permission issues for these directories?

    I have tried to upload images but get a write error which is strange as i can access all other areas of the install just fine but this directory does not want to play i have checked permissions and they are on 755 as from the plugin installation

    Hi,

    I have managed to fix the cvs issue, just stuck on advice for the tumbnail location and the download location
