    We have just purchased the printable invoices plug in. We think we have followed the steps correctly. However, the purchase receipt is not sent when the payment is validated. We have set up everything and the pending order receipt is succesfully sent but when the payment is validated and the status of the order is changed to “Payment accepted” no purchase receipt is sent to the customer. Is there anything else we have to set up or something that may not be working properly?
    Could you help us?


    I am having exactly the same problem but see no support for this issue. Can someone please assist with this urgent problem?
