    Hi there,

    Just bought this plugin, but seems like I’m not the only person with problems.

    When I try to export my CSV files are either empty or im running into a error 500.

    My memory limit is set to 128 mb, using newest versions of WP, Woo and the plugin.

    What to do?

    Hi KennethJ, please see the Usage document to get around the 500 Internal Server Error.

    Unfortunately until we migrate away from – or optimise our use of – get_posts() for pulling large datasets you will need to make use of the Volume Limit and Volume Offset options for smaller exports.

    Hi there

    I cant even export 1 (one) order, customer or product. Errorcode 500 or just an empty CSV-file.

    I’m requesting a refund via PayPal, and will be back at another time.

    That sounds like something else then, most likely you have error notices turned off and a fatal error is being encountered during the export process. We will process your refund after at least attempting to resolve this issue. Please open a Premium Support ticket.
