My assumption was that if an item was put on sale, and I did NOT want the commission to be lowered in conjunction with the sale; but to remain the same, then I would NOT click the “Adjust for Discount” box. (In other words, even if a product is put on sale, I want to pay the full commission.) I put some items on sale, left the checkbox UNchecked, but the commissions are being reduced according to the sale price. Does anyone have experience with this?
Hi PrismWebMedia – yeah I’ve just noticed this bug in the latest version. I’ve already fixed it in the next release but I’m running behind schedule with getting it out there since there’s so many new features. In hindsite, I wish I’d released them one at a time.

Certain gateways that can’t confirm that the money has been recieved change the order status to ‘On-Hold’. At this point, the order isn’t yet confirmed, so there are no commissions assigned. Once you go into your orders and ‘tick’ the order to change it’s status to Completed, that’s when the commission will be generated.
