Hi rhassall, not easily. The ‘My Downloads’ links are hard-coded into the WP e-Commerce template file.
/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc/theme/wpsc-user-log.php
You could manually remove them but will need to re-do this for each Plugin update of WP e-Commerce.
