Hi there, I have been having the same problem. [Administrator] You must agree to the Legal Disclaimer for Offline Credit Card Processing to activate this payment option.
I have looked at all permissions, CHMOD and anything else I can look at and it is still not activating. I have tried it on firefox and chrome to make sure that it is not a cache situation – to no avail.
Looking at your feedback, I have seen that you have to move a file into the merchants folder (which was not in my readme.txt) have I got the latest version, is there a bug that we do not know about? my version is 1.5.4
Was hoping to go live today on this.. more worries that other people may be having this problem too.
