Hi oxfordmindfulness, please contact us directly on Premium Support as it may be that you have purchased and installed Store Exporter and Store Exporter Deluxe for the wrong platform (e.g. WooCommerce when you’re using WP e-Commerce).
@JohnMBI, we don’t use the GetShopped.org API system so as soon as the Plugin is activated it will appear under the Products menu.
