Hi jillc, based on the information you’ve provided it sounds like you’re using the legacy WP e-Commerce 3.7 series, our OCCP Plugin is compatible with the latest release of the legacy 3.7 series. Regarding not being able to see the “View remaining card details” this is likely linked to your now corrupted database as we do version checks throughout our OCCP to tie together with WP e-Commerce, please contact us via the Contact page with WP Admin and working FTP details so I can view the Sale detail screen. It would help alot if you can confirm the version of WP e-Commerce you were using prior to upgrading.

For updating to the new WP e-Commerce 3.8 series I recommend contacting the GetShopped.org migration team via Premium Upgrades.
