Hi sarahmorrow, that’s right. Make sure all Plugin files have been updated as this is now a single function that works for WP e-Commerce 3.7/3.8 and means the template file is alot easier to customise.
Can you confirm what version of WP e-Commerce you are using or provide me FTP and WP Admin access via e-mail to look into this further. I’ve got it working a treat here on 3.8.7.4. 🙂
