Hi globalmedia, this error indicates our exporter has exhausted all 512MB of allocated memory to WordPress. You can use the Limit Volume and Volume Offset options under Export Options to export smaller datasets, we are working on switching to a non-WordPress database solution with lower overhead for very large database queries like what we’re doing. 🙂
