Allow the store owner to designate the following details which are fed into the Invoice:
– Store logo (header and footer)
– Store address
– Footer text
– Customer address
– Order details
Ideally a templating engine would allow the Order Invoice to be customised and re-arranged but is not expected for inclusion in the initial release; shelf for future update.
