Well i figured it out after 18 grueling hours. In case anyone else is having the same problem, Go to your commerce plugin and find the folder “merchants”. Chmod to 777. I did realize this was a permission issue, i really think this should be put into a FAQ.
One disappointment i do have with this plugin is that there are plugins out there that even calibrate a semi-correct Visa/Master Card number. With this plugin i can put 1234212321312334 and it would still process. Just maybe a idea for a future update.
