Hi chris stegner, can you please confirm that you’ve copied the offline-credit-card.php file within the merchants directory of the wp-e-commerce-offline-credit-card Plugin over to /wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/merchants/.
In the next Plugin update I’ve automated this ‘copy’ merchant file bit and added further customisation options for store owners on the Checkout page as well as admin options. Expect a release this week 🙂
