Hi epschmidt and chris, the next Plugin update auto-copies the merchant file over to WP e-Commerce, I’ll be applying this functionality across the suite of Plugins as WP e-Commerce moves into 3.8-land. Thanks epschmidt, beer coming your way courtesy of PayPal 😉
