Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you – this has been as issue affecting many users so I wanted to make sure that we had everything sorted out before getting back to you.
We’ve been working to get the issue sorted as a priority. In the next few days we’ll be releasing an update which fixes the problem – we’re just in our final stages of testing it all out now.
