I’ll definately put multisite support on the list. It won’t be in this next update, but maybe the next one.
You might have to write some custom CSS to get it to play nicely. By default it tries to use the store’s styles – so if you have them turned off, you’ll need to add your own CSS.
You can expect to see global commissions and (don’t tell anyone) coupon and referrer type commissions. It’s still a secret though.
