Hi 12CDtu67iaw0, just updating this topic for posterity.

We refunded this purchase due to incompatibility with the customer’s hosting environment. Our Plugin is compatible with WordPress and from the above we assume our importer when dealing with a large CSV file consumed all allocated memory which locked the customer out of their WordPress installation, we’ll be looking at reducing the memory load our Plugin in future Plugin updates, in the meantime beef up your memory limit by contacting your hosting provider or split your CSV file into smaller chunks prior to importing.
