Hi ruge75, the functionality within Manage Permalinks supports a legacy release of WP e-Commerce (early 3.8.* series), please download our free Store Toolkit Plugin for new WPEC Permalinks management.

I’ve added a note to the Manage Permalinks screen for new users. 🙂
