Hi drschilling, that error indicates that you’ve used the allocated 256M that is available to PHP. I’m porting our new Ajax importer engine – which is alot more memory efficient – that’s available in the latest WP e-Commerce release over to Jigoshop. I’d be happy to work with you on either offering a CRON-based import solution which I think would be more appropriate for such a large dataset than an in-browser import solution.

I don’t have any details on actual limits but I have a suspicion you will need to use another database solution – MySQL free has a limit on records I think. Please get in contact via the Contact page or Premium Support.
