Hi shaunoshman, that’s correct, the Plugin’s readme.txt explains that if you have date-based media indexing enabled (turned on by default from Settings > Media) then Product images should be uploaded to /wp-content/uploads/%year%/%month%/ otherwise the base /wp-content/uploads/ directory for non date-based media indexing.
