Hi lollystewart, thanks for your comment, by Product Add Ons I assume you’re using WooCommerce, we’re working on integrating Product Add Ons with Store Exporter Deluxe in a future Plugin update (perhaps even next minor Plugin update).
We already support exporting Category details that are assigned to Products within the Products export, if you can clarify the above I can help further. 🙂
