Hi energy0m, please contact us via Premium Support so we can identify why the import process is ceasing at that stage. ‘Preparing Data…’ indicates that the importer has found the CSV file and is in the process of pulling it apart/preparing it so our importer can sweep each cell and is either timing out or reaching a fatal error in the process. Please get in touch as above. 🙂
