Ok, I’ve now tested on the online site. I found that when I changed the number of views from 1 to 4 the second email with the cc details came through and this sale is now listed in Store Sales page which I hadn’t found before.
Still a problem though – under customer details in the email – the email address field is blank and so is the Credit Card Type field. Is this right?
