Yes. At this point, I am worse off than if I had not purchased this at all. I paid for a product that doesn’t work, I’m now down 20 bucks and my client is trying to be as patient as he can. It has been 2 weeks since I purchased this and posted my problem.
This site doesn’t look busy at all. So my best guess is that they don’t actually know why it’s not working. If that’s the case, I will need a refund. It sucks because my client really needs this.
