When the product is sold, is it being paid for with the direct debit or cheque (or somehting like this) payment gateways? Or maybe a test gateway?
Certain gateways that can’t confirm that the money has been recieved change the order status to ‘On-Hold’. At this point, the order isn’t yet confirmed, so there are no commissions assigned. Once you go into your orders and ‘tick’ the order to change it’s status to Completed, that’s when the commission will be generated.
